As a student pursuing my Master's in Project Management at SPS, I encounter extensive coursework and collaborative projects. In one of my subjects, Applying principles of Project Management in IT, coordinating among group members and holding everyone accountable for their assigned tasks became challenging. Frustrated by these inefficiencies, we consulted NYU SPS Professor Paul Meadows, who recommended we try a collaborative project management tool, Monday.com. Once we started using Monday.com, things became streamlined. We could easily see all project details in one central location, communicate effectively, and hold each other accountable.

For our group project, we began by creating boards for each project, breaking down tasks into manageable steps, and assigning responsibilities with clear deadlines.The platform's visual interface allowed us to track progress and maintain transparency across the team. Our projects became more organized, deadlines were easily met, and everyone felt more engaged.
